Wolff gets my vote

Josh Wolff scored two goals as the Kansas City Wizards beat Real Salt Lake 2-0 in week nine. The loss was RSL’s first during the regular season at Rio Tinto Stadium.

The voting was nearly unanimous among members of the North American Soccer Reporters. D.C. United’s Santino Quaranta and K.C. goalkeeper Kevin Hartman were the only other players to receive first-place votes (one each).

Here’s the tally sheet of all the voters and their first-place votes.

Here’s who I voted for:

PLAYER NAME: Josh Wolff, Wizards

SECOND: Kevin Hartman, Wizards

COMMENTS: Wolff scored two big goals, and Hartman pitched the shutout. Fine week for the Wizards.

Kevin Hartmann should be punched in the neck at least twice a day. One of my least favorite players of all time. What’s that have to do with anything? dunno, but I wanted to say it.
