		<description>well, he was told not to travel for a few days, and by wednesday, he still wasn&#039;t 100 percent. so he and the nats decided that by that point he wouldn&#039;t be in the mix enough, as far as training was concerned, to actually play in the qualifier. so they decided that if he stayed in denver, he would have a chance to play in a crucial game. so that was the mutual decision. by saturday, he was ready to go ... with the rapids.</description>

		<description>While I appreciated Casey&#039;s goal, he had a sub-par night. He lacked his usual energy, and I blame the dental surgery.

I would have been tempted to go with Baudet as man of the match. He neutralized everything in the air, made up for Moor&#039;s anxious play and wasn&#039;t afraid to stand up DeRosario when the latter had the ball at his feet.

It takes some nervy play to win two straight 1-0 games when your team lacks a player who can kill a game. Credit to the defense for staying cool, and Baudet seems to be a big part of the calm.</description>
