Division II women’s, men’s polls
The Metropolitan State College women’s soccer team (11-1) remained sixth in the nation after posting a pair of 5-0 victories during the weekend, on Friday against Adams State and Sunday against Nebraska-Kearney. Fort Lewis also had two games with the same score on Friday and Sunday: The Skyhawks (11-1-1) started the weekend with a 2-0 victory over CSU-Pueblo and followed it up two days later with a 2-nil victory over New Mexico Highlands. The Colorado School of Mines (11-2) returned to the rankings after shutting out Colorado-Colorado Springs 4-0 and Adams State 6-0.

The Fort Lewis men (9-1), through no fault of their own, fell one spot after blanking Colorado State-Pueblo 4-0 and routing UCCS 7-1. Drury, which had been at No. 9, improved to 11-0 and moved up to sixth. Mines tied Regis 1-1 on Friday, beat Metro 3-0 on Sunday and fell one spot in the poll on Tuesday. The Roadrunners were No. 25 last week but are essentially No. 29 now.
