Foxes launch new Web site
The Real Colorado Foxes of the United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League announced the launch of its new fan-friendly website, www.rcfoxes.com, on Wednesday.
Since joining the USL in 2008, Real Colorado felt that it was not only time to update the club’s USL team’s site, but to also have it branch out and create its own identity. The website offers detailed information about Foxes sponsored events, statistics, standings and the players and staff that make up the team itself.
The new site also allows visitors to shop for Foxes gear, tickets and easily follow the team on such platforms as Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. It will house not only the main Foxes USL squad, but also the Foxes Reserve and O-35 teams, as well as youth camps, clinics and tournaments such as the 10th Annual Holiday in the Bubble 4v4 Tournament being held South Suburban Family Sports this Dec. 18-19.
Communications Manager Mac Howell said “The launch of our new site is a direct reflection and testament to our commitment to the public in both our community involvement and the products we produce on and off the field. Our club has developed and sent several players up to the Pro ranks over the past two seasons; such as Craig Thompson (Signed DC United – MLS), Kyle Christensen (Drafted Chivas USA – MLS), Kris Banghart (Drafted Real Salt Lake – MLS), Chris Salvaggione & Brad Stisser (Signed AC St.Louis – USL Pro), as well as Josh Fallin and Calyton Zelin (Signed Colorado Lightning, Denver Dynamite – PASL-Pro) and we will continually strive to do so because our team, is your team Colorado.”
Now the Foxes look to rejoin the Heartland Division of the PDL and “Get in the Hunt” for the championship in April 2011 at Shea Stadium in Highlands Ranch while they wait for their new state-of-the-art field complex to be completed.
