The women’s soccer team from the Colorado School of Mines collected its first victory ever in the NCAA tournament as Kayla Mitchell scored her 28th and 29th goals of the season in a 2-1 win against Regis University on Thursday in Durango.

Hayley Hollenga’s goal with 6 minutes, 16 seconds to play lifted the Fort Lewis College women’s soccer team to a 3-2 victory over the Colorado School of Mines on Friday in the semifinals of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference tournament.
