Conor Casey has been added to the U.S. national team’s CONCACAF Gold Cup roster, according to the Colorado Rapids.

The Tuesday List focuses on two topics this week: most goals allowed and fewest goals scored by the Colorado Rapids and Chicago Fire; also, we vote for Omar Cummiings for player of the month for June and take a look at a long list of Rapids honors in 2009.

Nate Jaqua and Fredy Montero combined on all three goals as the Sounders beat the Colorado Rapids 3-0 on Sunday afternoon in Seattle.

Colorado Rapids midfielder Colin Clark has been named to the 23-player roster that will represent the U.S. at the 2009 CONCACAF Gold Cup from July 3 to July 26. The defending champion Yanks will face Grenada, Honduras and Haiti in the group stage.

Conor Casey scored two brilliant goals as the Colorado Rapids beat the Red Bulls 3-2 on Saturday in a match marred by questionable decisions to award penalty kicks to each team.
